The Grey Cup is one of Greystone’s most anticipated traditions: a Ryder Cup-style team competition built around spirited match play, longstanding rivalries, and club pride. There’s no prize money involved—only the honor of winning, a coveted medal, and the satisfaction of earning it alongside your teammates. One of the tournament’s most memorable traditions comes at the closing ceremony, when the losing side presents the medals to the champions—a gesture that reflects the sportsmanship and Southern character the event is known for.
Another Member favorite is the Pigskin Classic, arriving each fall in October, inviting members and their guests to wear their favorite team colors and enjoy a spirited day of golf and even a little bit of football, surrounded by the color and energy of autumn at Greystone.
